采用电化学方法考察了15CrMo钢在含有不同浓度SO42-汽轮机初凝水中的腐蚀特性;通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)结合EDS能谱仪观察和分析了15CrMo钢表面腐蚀产物形貌和化学成分,采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了腐蚀产物的物相成分。结果表明,随着SO42-含量的增加,15CrMo钢的腐蚀电位负移,腐蚀电流密度增加,SO42-可以造成15CrMo钢的点蚀,SO42-浓度越大,其造成的腐蚀越严重。
The corrosion behavior of 15CrMo steel in the initial condensate containing SO42- turbine with different concentrations was investigated by electrochemical method. The morphology and chemical composition of corrosion products on 15CrMo steel were observed and analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDS EDS. , X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of the phase composition of the corrosion products. The results show that with the increase of SO42- content, the corrosion potential of 15CrMo steel negatively shifts and the corrosion current density increases. SO42- can cause pitting corrosion of 15CrMo steel. The greater the concentration of SO42- is, the more severe the corrosion is.
