目的通过设计体外膀胱模型定量评价新型膀胱软镜鞘对膀胱软镜视野的改善效果。方法设计体外膀胱模型模拟血尿状态下膀胱软镜检查,根据是否存在膀胱内连续出血将实验分为静态实验和动态实验,根据镜检过程中冲洗状态分为无冲洗组(组1)、单纯进水组(组2)和持续冲洗组(组3),记录30、60、90和120 s膀胱软镜检查的视野范围和图像清晰度。结果在静态实验和动态实验中,膀胱软镜检查的视野范围和清晰度在3组之间有明显区别。与组1相比,组2和组3膀胱软镜检查的视野范围和清晰度在动态和静态实验中均有改善(P<0.01)。组3与组2相比,膀胱软镜检查视野清晰度在动态和静态实验中均有明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);视野范围在静态实验中没有明显区别,而在动态实验中有改善(P<0.05)。结论新型膀胱软镜鞘可明显改善血尿状态下膀胱软镜检查的视野范围和清晰度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of new bladder soft-shelled sheath on bladder soft-lens vision by designing an in-vitro bladder model. Methods The model of urinary bladder was designed to simulate urinary bladder and bladder in vitro. According to the existence of intravesical hemorrhage, the experiment was divided into static experiment and dynamic experiment. According to the state of microscopic examination, the experiment was divided into no-flush group (group 1) Water group (group 2), and continuous irrigation group (group 3). The field of view and image sharpness were recorded at 30, 60, 90 and 120 s. Results In both static and dynamic experiments, the visual range and clarity of the bladder flteroscopy were significantly different among the three groups. Compared with group 1, the visual range and clarity of group 2 and group 3 undergoing cystoscopy improved both in dynamic and static experiments (P <0.01). Group 3 Compared with group 2, the visual field clarity of bladder soft-tissue was significantly improved in both dynamic and static experiments (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the field of view between the two groups in static experiments. In dynamic experiments There was improvement (P <0.05). Conclusion The new type of bladder sheath can significantly improve the scope and clarity of bladder soft-lens examination in hematuria.
