随着物业管理的深入开展,物业维修基金筹集难的问题日益突出,物业维修基金使用管理中的弊端日益暴露出来。如何去建立物业维修基金和建立一个科学务实的物业维修基金监管机制,是至关重要的。本文以广州市为例,针对目前广州市物业管理行业中维修基金的设立、归集和使用的现状,以及存在的问题,结合自己的工作经验谈谈维修基金的建立和管理的相关问题,并提出了一些应对策略。
With the deepening of property management, the issue of difficult to raise funds for the maintenance of real estate has become increasingly prominent. The disadvantages in the use and management of property maintenance funds are increasingly exposed.
