研究以聚丙烯酰胺为分散剂 ,采用微波—凝胶法制备纳米Y2 O3稳定ZrO2 (YSZ)微粒的条件。分别用红外光谱 (IR)、X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM)及电测量技术 ,对纳米YSZ微粒的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明 :在 65 0℃微波热处理得到立方相纳米YSZ微粒 ,平均粒径为 3 5nm左右 ,在 4 5 0~ 1 0 0 0℃温度范围内呈现出较高的电导率 ,材料稳定性较好
The conditions of preparing nano-Y2 O3-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) particles by using polyacrylamide as dispersant and microwave-gel method were studied. The structure and properties of YSZ nanoparticles were characterized by IR, XRD, SEM and electrical measurement. The results show that the nano-sized YSZ particles are obtained by microwave heat treatment at 65 0 ℃, the average particle size is about 35nm, and the conductivity is high at the temperature range of 4500-10000 ℃, the material stability is better
