一九八O年初地质部就提出了要结合自己的情况试行经济责任制.一九八三年初,地质矿产部又在地质局长会议上决定进行承包经济责任制试点.现在,我们应当对“承包”这种形式的经济责任制的若干原则问题做些探讨,以利于我们在推行经济责任制中依据不同专业的各自特点更有成效地采用不同形式的经济责任制.
At the beginning of 1980, the Ministry of Geology proposed that a trial of economic responsibility should be carried out in light of its own circumstances. At the beginning of 1983, the Ministry of Geology and Migra- tion decided to conduct a pilot program of contracting economic responsibility at the meeting of chief geologists. Now, "This type of economic responsibility system to discuss some of the principles in order to facilitate our economic responsibility system in accordance with the different characteristics of different professions more effectively use different forms of economic responsibility.
