随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对医疗、健康水平的要求也逐步提高,各省市、地区的公私立医疗机构都加大了对医疗器械的投入,导致医疗器械市场较之前有了更大的发展空间。本文选择一家成长中的民营医疗器械企业,通过外部环境分析,找出公司的优劣势、机会与威胁,再根据价值链理论,对公司内部环境进行剖析,得到适合自身发展的销售和经营战略,并不断在实践中改善。
