通过对中药材基地发展建设中存在问题的列举,即(1)只求立项不求实施;(2)只重建设不重管理;(3)只管生产不管市场;(4)只顾眼前不顾长远。指出相应改进措施,即首先激发企业内动力;其次,加强过程监督;第三,完善协作机制加强与科研机构的技术合作;第四,鼓励企业探索创新,进一步提升道地药材的质量品级,创出品牌,参与国际市场竞争。最终形成多品种齐头并进、中药产业现代化水平整体提高的良好局面,从而促进规模化、规范化的中药材基地建设,以保证中药材GAP基地的有效运行,实现良好的经济效益、社会效益与生态效益。
