如何才能抓好训练?抓好训练的基本要求是什么?下面谈谈自己的认识。首先,要提高教练员的认识水平和业务能力。训练是由教练来执行的,是教练员最本质、最核心的任务,根据门球活动的规律,教练员应集训练、指挥为一体。在训练中,教练员应在前人成功或失败的基础上, 汲取有益的东西,不断学习、研究、探索、善于总结,才能开拓视野,与时俱进;不断把感性认识上升为理性认识,再到实践中检验,指导、论证,才能在认识上产生一次次地飞跃,更好地指导实际工作。基此,在具体的训练工作中,教练员必须落实抓好三方面的训练,即战术意识训练,技术能力训练和心理素质训练。
