本研究雄性大鼠饲饮150mg/L的含氟水6个月,常规方法制作睾丸超薄切片,透射电镜观察结果如下:①曲精小管精子形成过程明显损伤,头帽和顶体形成不良,成熟精子生成减少,部分支持细胞滑面内质网扩张,线粒体呈多形性改变,溶酶体增多。②辛丸间质细胞滑面内质网扩张甚至空泡化,线粒体减少,脂滴减少。研究结果表明,氟化钠能导致曲精小管生精细胞损伤,精子生成受阻,间质细胞损伤等改变。
