志愿服务事业是一项高尚、不求回报的社会行为和一项令人尊敬的公益事业,近年来志愿服务事业在我国取得了快速的发展,为促进社会安定和谐、推动经济发展、促进精神文明建设等发挥了重要作用。与此同时我国在志愿者人身损害赔偿救济方面却依然面临诸多问题,志愿者在服务过程中很容易遭受到损害,一个系统完善且高效及时的对志愿者人身损害的救济就显得十分重要,本文从建立志愿者人身损害赔偿救济的意义着手,从志愿者人身损害出现的根源出发,对志愿者人身损害发生后志愿者的救济途径存在的问题进行分析,从而提出一个本人认为合理的赔偿途径,进而保护志愿者的人身权益,促进志愿者事业的可持续健康的发展。

It is very important that a systematic, efficient and timely remedy to personal injury to volunteers. From the point of establishing the significance of volunteer personal injury compensation relief, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the volunteer relief after the personal injury of volunteers from the root causes of the personal injury, and proposes a compensation way that I think is reasonable. So as to protect the rights and interests of volunteers and promote the sustainable and healthy development of volunteers.
