2008年5月8日,北京消费者邢女士向本刊记者反映:2007年10月14日,她将一件连衣裙拿到福奈特洗衣店玉泉路店送洗。当时,店员在接收衣服时说,洗这种衣服有可能会掉色,并在收据上作了文字注明。几天后,邢女士去取衣服,却发现这件连衣裙出现多处脱丝现象,没法再继续穿着。对此,邢女士很生气。店员让邢女士把衣服先留在那里,他们尽量处理。又过了几天,邢女士再次来到该洗衣店,店员却说,没有什么办法来补救这件衣服的脱丝现象。并称将请示店长如何处理此事,让邢女士等电话。
