目的:探讨口腔颌面外伤的临床处理措施。方法:选择于2014年11月-2015年7月在我院治疗的口腔颌面外伤患者80例,进行快速止血,软组织清创缝合,颌骨骨折治疗,观察患者口腔颌面咬合程度,口腔活动情况等的变化。结果:治愈67例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为97.5%(78/80)。结论:对口腔颌面外伤患者的治疗,应根据受伤部位、类型选择恰当的处理方式,以促进患者口腔功能的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the clinical treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods: Eighty patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma treated in our hospital from November 2014 to July 2015 were selected for rapid hemostasis, debridement of soft tissue and treatment of jaw fractures. Oral and maxillofacial occlusion, Changes in circumstances. Results: 67 cases were cured, 11 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.5% (78/80). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma should be based on the type of injury site, select the appropriate treatment to promote oral function in patients with recovery.
