目的 分析探讨在护理紧急风险预案教学中应用情境教学法的效果。方法 将2013年1月—2014年12月之间来我院进行轮转实习的90例护士作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将他们分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组护生应用常规教学模式;观察组则应用情境教学模式。分析对比两组护士的临床操作技能、沟通能力以及护理投诉发生率等。结果 应用情境教学模式的观察组护士临床操作水平、沟通与协调能力显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);同时,观察组护士在护理实习过程中出现的医疗投诉事件低于对照组,差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理紧急风预案教学中应用情境教学法能够提高护士的,学习主观能动性,改善沟通能力和协调水平,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of using situational teaching method in the teaching of nursing emergency risk plan. Methods A total of 90 nurses from our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research subjects and divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) by random number table. The nursing students in the control group applied the conventional teaching mode while the observation group used the situational teaching mode. Analysis and comparison of two groups of nurses clinical skills, communication skills and the incidence of nursing complaints. Results The clinical operation level, communication and coordination ability of nurses in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the incidence of medical complaints in nurses in observation group was lower than that in control group , The difference was also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of situational pedagogy in the teaching of emergency care of nursing students can improve nurses’ learning subjective initiative, improve their communication skills and coordination level, which deserves further promotion.
