一、概述1957年,Sheline和Hooper预言铁陨石中存在着由宇宙射线作用所产生的核素~(53)Mn。这一预言在1961年被Honda等证实。此后,许多人对陨石中的~(53)Mn进行了大量研究和测定。~(63)Mn之所以如此受重视,主要是由于它具有以下几方面的意义:1.计算陨石的暴露年龄“暴露年龄”是陨石暴露在宇宙射线中的时间(以年为单位)。测定陨石的暴露年龄对于了解陨石的起源和演化历史是十分重要的,也是证实行星演化等天文学假设的重要实验手段
I. Overview In 1957, Sheline and Hooper predicted the presence of ~ (53) Mn in the iron meteorites by cosmic rays. This prophecy was confirmed in 1961 by Honda et al. Since then, many people in the meteorite ~ (53) Mn conducted a lot of research and determination. The reason why Mn is so valued is that it has the following meanings: 1. Calculating the exposure age of meteorites The “exposure age” is the time (in years) that a meteorite is exposed to cosmic rays. Determining the exposure age of meteorites is of great importance for understanding the origin and evolution history of meteorites and is also an important experimental method for confirming the astronomical assumptions of planetary evolution
