近年来,由于我国社会的快速进步和经济的迅速发展,我国成人教育发展迅速,取得了巨大的进步。但是由于受市场经济的影响和传统教育观念的束缚,成人教育的发展又面临着诸多危机,如生源不足,教育质量不被肯定等。成人教育是终身教育过程中的重要一部分。针对成人教育管理中所面临的危机进行行理性分析并做出相应应对对于我国成人教育发展具有重大意义。
In recent years, due to the rapid social progress and the rapid economic development in our country, the adult education in our country has developed rapidly and made tremendous progress. However, due to the influence of the market economy and the traditional educational concept, the development of adult education faces many crises, such as the lack of students and the undeserved quality of education. Adult education is an important part of lifelong learning. A rational analysis and corresponding response to the crisis facing adult education management are of great significance to the development of adult education in our country.
