2003年10月25日20时41分,20时48分,甘肃省张掖市民乐至山丹交界处发生Ms6.1,Ms5.8地震。震中分别位于北纬38.4°、东经101.2°和北纬38.4°、东经101.1°,震源深度18公里,极震区烈度为Ⅷ度。张掖市、武威市、酒泉市、金昌市等地强烈有感,兰州市、西宁市、银川市普遍有感。 地震灾害与特点 此次地震共造成10人死亡,受伤46人,其中重伤14人,轻伤32人。受灾范围涉及民乐县、山丹县、肃南裕固族自治县及中牧集团山丹马场等3县1场的46个乡镇,受灾总面积3229平方公里,受灾总户数47371户,206093人。地震使村镇民房、水利、交通、通信等设施遭到严重破坏,造成大量牲畜死亡,多座寺院和大量文
