The growth in demand in international markets has shown signs of recovery in Asia’s export-oriented economy. China’s manufacturing industry has taken the lead in promoting economic policies of the government and its growth rate jumped to its highest level in 18 months. Data show that the export-led economic recovery in Asia is continuing. China’s manufacturing industry took the lead, growing at the highest level in 18 months, while the pace of growth in Australia and India slowed in October. A monthly survey of manufacturers conducted on November 2 shows that the overall activities in the Asia Pacific region are expanding, showing signs of a strong recovery from last year’s global economic downturn.
