目的 预防和减少学生在体育教学过程中产生的延迟性肌肉酸痛。方法 将学生随机分为 2组 ,分别采用不同的教学方法和治疗措施。结果 试验组学生发生延迟性肌肉酸痛 16人 ,因之缺席体育课的为 1人 ;对照组分别为 5 2人、13人。 2组有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 采用恰当的教学手段和教给学生简单的治疗措施 ,可减少延迟性肌肉酸痛的产生 ,保证体育教学的顺利进行
Objective To prevent and reduce the delayed muscle soreness that students produce during PE teaching. Methods The students were randomly divided into two groups, using different teaching methods and treatment measures. Results In the experimental group, 16 students had delayed muscle soreness and 1 was absent from PE class. The control group was 52 and 13 respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions The use of appropriate teaching methods and teaching to students a simple treatment can reduce the generation of delayed muscle soreness, to ensure the smooth progress of physical education
