近年来,河北省鼠疫自然疫源地鼠间鼠疫时有发生,周边地区鼠间鼠疫连年流行,一旦采取的控制措施不力,很容易造成人间鼠疫流行。灭蚤是切断鼠疫传播途径,控制其流行的有效措施。目前河北省沿用的灭蚤剂已趋于淘汰或禁用,为了更好地控制鼠疫流行,我们选用二氯苯醚菊酯,以期通过实验和比较,选出理想的灭蚤药物用于鼠疫控制。
In recent years, plague outbreaks have occurred in natural plague fosters in Hebei Province. In recent years, the outbreak of plague in surrounding areas has been endemic for a long time. Once the control measures are not effective, it is easy to cause plague epidemic in the world. Flea fleece is an effective measure to cut off the spread of plague and control its epidemic. At present, the fleas used in Hebei Province have been phased out or banned. In order to better control the epidemic of plague, we selected permethrin so as to select the ideal flea control for plague control through experiments and comparisons.
