除了供应链各环节信息不畅通外,医院传统的进药方式也会阻碍VMI的实现;VMI的参与者要具备健全的组织管理机制,而我国医院现行的管理体制有悖于此。
In addition to the unavailability of information in all aspects of the supply chain, the traditional way of medicine entering the hospital will also hinder the realization of VMI. VMI participants should have a sound organizational management mechanism, and the current management system of hospitals in our country runs counter to this.
