用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了大豆种子和荚皮在发育过程中4种同工酶的变化。从开花后14天始至籽粒成熟,其超氧物歧化酶、醋酶、过氧化物酶和淀粉酶在荚皮中变化较小,多数酶带合成较早。随种子发育进程酶带逐渐增多,活性也随之增高,而酯酶在发育早期和中后期出现活性高峰且同工酶带数也多。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the changes of four isoenzymes during the development of soybean seeds and pods. From 14 days after flowering until grain maturation, the changes of superoxide dismutase, acetate enzyme, peroxidase and amylase in the pod skin were smaller, and most of the enzyme bands were synthesized earlier. With the progress of seed development, the enzyme band gradually increased, the activity also increased, while the esterase in the early and middle stages of development appeared peak activity and the number of isozyme bands.
