针对钱塘江防汛工作的实际需求,基于Web技术和GIS平台构建了钱塘江河口洪水实时预报系统,该系统以一维动床模型为核心,自动获取水雨情实时遥测数据进行洪水实时预报,并提供了根据下泄流量方案计算沿程各站点洪水位、闸口限制水位反算控制电站运行最大下泄流量及方案比较、结果查看等功能。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定、操作方便快捷、预报精度较高。
According to the actual demand of flood control work in Qiantang River, a real-time forecasting system of Qiantang River estuary flood was constructed based on Web technology and GIS platform. The system was based on one-dimensional moving bed model, and real-time remote sensing data of rain and precipitation were obtained automatically for real-time flood prediction. According to the discharge flow program to calculate the site along the way of the flood level, the gate limit water level back to control the maximum discharge of power plant operation and program comparison, the results of view and other functions. The actual operation results show that the system is stable, easy and quick to operate and has high prediction accuracy.
