采用一次性训练被动回避性跳台实验和水迷宫空间分辨能力测试实验,观察参归煎剂对喹啉酸损毁双侧海马CA1区造成大鼠记6忆障碍病理模型的影响。结果表明,参归煎剂对疾呆大鼠的学习记忆功能具有明显的改善作用。其主要作用机理可能与调节谷氨酸功能有关,从而阻止喹啉酸的神经毒性。
Using a one-time training passive avoidance platform experiment and water maze spatial resolution test experiment, we observed the effect of the decoction decoction on the pathological model of rat memory impairment caused by quinolinic acid damage bilateral hippocampal CA1 area. The results showed that the decoction decoction significantly improved the learning and memory function of the diseased rats. Its main mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of glutamate function, thereby preventing the neurotoxicity of quinolinic acid.
