本研究选用10个颅骨,使髁状突在关节窝中处于后移位状态,用红蜡固定。全部颅骨均拍摄标准关节侧位体层片、水平位矫正关节侧位体层片,完全矫正关节侧位体层片及矫正许勒泣片。用定量方法分别确定各片位髁状突在关节窝中的位置,并对诸片位显示结果进行比较。结果表明,水平位矫正关节侧泣体层片不能完全取代完全矫正关节侧泣体层片。矫正许勒位片髁状突形态及位置与完全矫正关节侧位体层片外侧影像基本一致,因而认为矫正许勒位片可较准确地反映关节外侧的关节间隙及形态。
The study selected 10 skull, the condyle in the joint nest in the post-shift state, fixed with red wax. All skulls were taken standard lateral layer of the body slices, the horizontal position of the lateral joint layer correction, complete correction of the lateral layer of the body and correction of Xu Le weeping tablets. Quantitative methods were used to determine the location of the condyles in the joint socket and to compare the results of the various positions. The results show that the level of orthodontic lateral synovial lamina can not completely replace the complete correction of lateral synovial lamina. The shape and position of the condyle of the orthodontic radiographs are basically the same as the images of the lateral radiographs of the fully corrected orthopedic slices. Therefore, it is considered that the orthodontic radiographs can accurately reflect the joint space and the shape of the joints.
