目的分析某医院抗高血压药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对2008-2010年抗高血压药销售数据进行统计分析。结果各类抗高血压药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额最大的是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂。用药频度最大的是缬沙坦,日平均费用最低的是硝苯地平1.56元,序号比大于1的品种大于75%,DDC值从1.56～5.04元。结论该院抗高血压药物应用基本符合安全、有效、经济,满足不同层次需求的用药原则。
Objective To analyze the application of antihypertensive drugs in a hospital and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The method of limiting the daily dose as an index was used to analyze the sales data of antihypertensive drugs from 2008 to 2010. Results The sales volume of various types of antihypertensive drugs showed an upward trend year by year. The largest sales amount was angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker. Valsartan was the most frequently used drug. The lowest daily average cost was 1.56 yuan for nifedipine, with a serial number greater than 75% and a DDC value ranging from 1.56 yuan to 5.04 yuan. Conclusion The hospital antihypertensive drugs basically meet the safe, effective, economical, to meet the needs of different levels of medication principles.
