近年来,随着对柴油机节能要求的日益提高,以及农用运输车和轻型柴油载重汽车的开发,中小缸径直喷式柴油机研究设计有了新的发展。进气涡流强度和喷油落点是影响中小缸径直喷式柴油机性能的两项重要因素。为进一步完善直喷燃烧系统的工作过程,以及为今后的工作开拓新的途径,本文介绍了作者有关这一方面的研究工作。综合分析了进气涡流强度、喷油落点、供油量等参数对直喷式柴油机性能的影响。
In recent years, with the increasing demand for energy-saving diesel engines, as well as the development of agricultural vehicles and light diesel trucks, small and medium-diameter direct injection diesel engine research and design has been a new development. Intake swirl intensity and injection landing point are two important factors that affect the performance of the small and medium bore direct injection diesel engine. In order to further improve the working process of direct injection combustion system and explore new ways for future work, this paper introduces the author’s research work in this area. The influence of intake vortex intensity, fuel injection point, fuel supply and other parameters on the performance of direct injection diesel engine is analyzed comprehensively.
