滑动轴承轴瓦通常多以磷青铜为材料,耐磨性较差,轴承间隙难以保证相对稳定,因间歇加润滑油,在负载运转过程中产生大量碎铜屑,使轴颈与轴瓦实际处于边界润滑状态,清洁卫生也差,存在着一些明显的缺点,我们经多年研究试验将聚四氟乙烯(PTPE)用到滑动轴承上,效果较好。这种材料具有如下优良性能: (1)耐高、低温,可在-195~+250℃范围
