建立社区就业服务工作网络,促进下岗职工再就业,是保定市推进再就业的主要措施之一,目前全市已经初步形成了纵向到底,横向到边的社区就业服务工作体系。其纵向体系是:政府牵头,劳动部门组织,区政府实施,城区街道具体运作,居委会直接为社区就业劳动组织服务。横向网络是:政府统筹协调,劳动、民政、公安、工商、税务、城管、卫生、金融、交通等部门相互协作,相互配合,重大问题由政府协调解决。在这一工作体系中,劳动部门主要担负宣传发动,组织协调,制定政策,指导服务。
