近年来,各地普遍建立了领导联系专家制度,对于加强人才队伍建设,促进各级领导干部率先垂范做好人才工作,具有十分重要的意义。笔者认为,要更好地发挥领导联系专家的作用,必须注重发挥领导、专家“两个主体”的积极性和主动性。
In recent years, the system of leading expert contact has been established in various places. This is of great significance to strengthening the building of a contingent of qualified personnel and promoting leading cadres at all levels to set an example and do a good job in personnel work. The author believes that to give full play to the role of leading experts in contact, we must give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of leaders and experts in “two subjects.”
