1975年4—8月,我们在室温条件下,用折叠纸喷水法饲养高粱条螟越冬幼虫2,052头,将羽化后一天左右的雌蛾尾剪下用二氯甲烷浸泡24小时后进行研磨过滤。诱蛾当天制备纸卡。 田间诱蛾纸卡均为5FE,诱娥盆放在套种玉米地中,离地面约1.5米。试验方法:3亩地放一纸卡,共放28个纸卡,总诱蛾面积84亩;6亩地放一纸卡,共放12个纸卡,总诱蛾面积72亩;对照放11个纸卡(只滴二氯甲烷,无性引诱剂)。试验结果见右表。 从右表可见,用二氯甲烷提取高粱条螟性引诱剂有一定的诱蛾效果。
From April to August in 1975, 2,045 winter winged larvae were planted in the folded paper by water jet method at room temperature. The female moth tail about one day after emergence was cut off and milled for 24 hours with dichloromethane . Moths prepare paper cards on the day. In the field, all of the entrained paper cards are 5FE, and the E-pots are placed on the interplanted cornfields, about 1.5m above the ground. Test methods: 3 mu of land to put a paper card, put a total of 28 paper cards, the total entrainment area of 84 acres of moths; 6 mu to put a paper card, put a total of 12 paper cards, the total area of ?? induced moth 72 acres; A paper card (only drop dichloromethane, asexual attractant). The test results see the table on the right. Can be seen from the table on the right, with methylene chloride sorbic attractant attractant have some effect of the moth.
