本文基于“供求理论”的宏观视域,以“组织管理体系”作为宏观调控方式,运用系统科学理论,在分析社区全民阅读组织管理体系内涵的基础上,构建了供求理论视域下的社区全民阅读组织管理体系组织架构,并对该体系的实现路径进行了探讨,以期为进一步促进我国社区全民阅读公共服务水平的提高、更好地满足社会公众的阅读需求提供理论支撑。
Based on the macroscopic horizon of “supply and demand theory ” and “organization and management system ” as macroeconomic regulation and control mode, this paper uses system science theory to analyze the connotation of community-based reading organization and management system in community and builds the theory of supply and demand The community read the organizational structure of the management system and explored the realization of the system in order to provide theoretical support for further improvement of public services for our community to read and better meet the needs of the public reading.
