近年来提倡新课程改革,在小学阶段的改革过程中,制定了以人为本的改革理念,即把学生自身素质的提升作为目标。此次教育改革改变了以往转移学习教材理论的教学模式,将教育工作的重心转移到课外集体研究解决问题的模式。但在实践的过程中,老师无法真正掌握课外教学的授课方式,并且对课外教学认知度不够,实践力度较轻。从体育课的角度来看,老师总是侧重于形式上的理论教学、实践教学,对学生自身素质和能力提升的意义不大。因此,在小学的体育教学中,如何贴合实际,响应国家的教育改革政策,紧跟改革的步伐,让真正的改革深入到老师的日常教学中,是一系列亟待解决的问题。
In recent years, it has advocated the reform of the new curriculum. During the reform of the elementary school, a people-oriented reform concept has been put forward, which aims at improving the quality of students themselves. This educational reform has changed the teaching model of the previous transfer learning teaching material theory and shifted the focus of education to the mode of collective study and problem solving after class. However, in the process of practice, the teacher can not really grasp the teaching methods of extra-curricular teaching, and the recognition of extra-curricular teaching is not enough, and the practice is light. From the perspective of physical education, teachers always focus on formal theory teaching and practice teaching, which is of little significance to students’ own quality and ability improvement. Therefore, in the PE teaching of primary schools, it is a series of problems that need to be solved in order to conform to the reality, respond to the national education reform policy, keep up with the pace of reform, and let the real reforms penetrate into the daily teaching of teachers.
