本文对251名心血管病患者和81名非心血管病患者作了心室晚电位检测,发现心血管病组心室晚电位(VLP)阳性率占13.5％、非心血管病组占4.9％。本文对6例冠心病VLP阳性患者试用抗凝,降低血液粘度、改善冠脉微循环等综合抗心肌缺血治疗使6例患者VLP全部转为阴性。
In this paper, 251 patients with cardiovascular disease and 81 patients with non-cardiovascular disease ventricular late potentials were detected and found that cardiovascular disease group ventricular late potential (VLP) positive rate of 13.5%, non-cardiovascular disease group accounted for 4.9%. In this paper, 6 cases of VLP-positive patients with coronary heart disease trial of anticoagulation, reduce blood viscosity, improve coronary microcirculation and other comprehensive anti-ischemic treatment so that all 6 patients VLP turned negative.
