水稻的主要性状均受多基因支配,在亲子之间、姊妹品种之间,其基因型频率是均等的。从这个观点出发,本文按Wright(1922)和酒井(1957)的方法,对广东二十多年培育的89个水稻矮秆品种的系谱及亲缘关系作了分析。分析认为,矮秆、早熟、抗逆性、高产育种的亲本选择,不仅要注意表型性状的优异性,而且不能忽视亲本间的亲缘关系,如亲本选择仅局限于许多近亲的矮秆品种,要突破预期的育种目标,那是困难的。作者指出,从国外、省外导入抗病、抗虫基因是一个重要的关键。
The main traits of rice are dominated by multiple genes, in parent-child, sister breed, its genotype frequency is equal. From this point of view, we analyzed the pedigree and genetic relationship of 89 rice dwarf cultivars cultivated over 20 years in Guangdong according to Wright (1922) and Sakai (1957). The analysis indicated that the parents selection of dwarf, precocity, stress resistance and high yield breeding should not only pay attention to the superiority of phenotypic traits, but also can not ignore the genetic relationship between parents. For example, the selection of parents is limited to many dwarf varieties of close relatives, It is difficult to break through the expected breeding goal. The author points out that it is an important key to import disease-resistant and insect-resistant genes from abroad and from outside the province.
