背景BACKGROUND《旅游法》出台后,购物店似乎已经变成万恶之源,难道旅行社真的不能与购物店和谐相处吗?其实吃、住、行、游、购、娱作为旅游的六大要素,购物是其中重要一环,《旅游法》并没禁止游客购物,只是规定旅行社不能通过诱骗、强迫等方式,让游客购物并获得不正当利益。旅行社与购物店的关系根本不是对立,而是禁止合作中的强制、胁迫、诱骗购物等行为。然而现在旅行社砍掉购物行程,只是矫枉过正的暂时状态,既然以后旅行社避免不了与购物店之间的联系,以后将如何相处是需要提前思考的问题。
