党的十一届三中全会以后,我国确立了对外开放的发展战略。从地域上,选择了沿海地区的五个特区和14个城市作为我国对外开放的窗口,十年来经济上取得了举世瞩目的成就.今后需要总结经验,继续沿着对外开放的路子走下去,那么究竟应选择哪些经济地带,作为进一步对外开放的轴线,现就这一问题谈一下自己的认识。
After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China has established a development strategy for opening up to the outside world. From the geographical point of view, we have chosen five special zones and 14 cities in the coastal areas as the window for our country’s opening to the outside world and have made remarkable achievements in economy in the past 10 years. In the future, we need to sum up our experience and continue to follow the path of opening to the outside world. What economic zones should be chosen as an axis for further opening up? Let us now talk about our own understanding on this issue.
