目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉用鼻内镜治疗的临床疗效。方法:对2007年2月～2010年8月本院治疗的150例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:对患者术后半年随访,122例治愈,21例好转,7例无效,有效率达95.3%。结论:用鼻内镜术在治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉方面效果明显,术后几乎无并发症,创伤小,预后好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods: Clinical data of 150 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from February 2007 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The patients were followed up for six months, 122 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 7 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 95.3%. Conclusion: Endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps obvious effect, almost no complications after surgery, trauma and good prognosis, has broad application prospects.
