薛友琴,女,1954年10月出生,河南省陕县人。1973年参加工作,1981年12月毕业于郑州大学(原郑州工学院)水利水电建筑专业,获工学学士学位。1982年1月分配到河南省水利厅工作,现任河南省农田水利水土保持技术推广站总工程师,高级工程师。2001年被评为河南省水利系统优秀专家。薛友琴自1982年以来,一直从事农田水利行政管理和技术推广工作。她勤奋好学,爱岗敬业,在长期的工作实践中,积累了丰富的农田水利工程规划设计和行政管理经验,参加过水利部《灌溉排水技术管理规程》、“自流灌区八项技术经济考核指标”、《农田水利规划技术导则》、《农业高效用水工程建设施工监督指南》、《灌区、泵站岗位设置及定员标准》和“河南省水利工程供水水费计收和管理办法实施细则”、“河南省自流灌区管理办法”等制订修订工作。参加全国灌溉试验资料整编,负责
Xue Youqin, female, born in October 1954 in Shanxian County, Henan Province. In 1973 to work, in December 1981 graduated from Zhengzhou University (formerly Zhengzhou Institute of Technology) water conservancy and hydropower construction, a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
