发展沟域经济已成为北京促进山区经济发展、保障首都生态安全、促进社会和谐发展的重要抓手。现通过梳理沟域经济发展研究的进展,简要分析了相关研究的主要特点与不足,探讨了今后的创新研究方向。在扎实推进生态文明建设、京津冀协同发展的时代背景下,科学划分沟域经济发展类型并揭示其典型特征,开展沟域经济发展绩效评价,综合诊断沟域系统的发展状况,长期定位监测与评估典型沟域的生态环境,研究沟域经济优化模式与提升对策,既是从沟域视角创新区域协调发展的机制与途径、丰富山区经济发展理论的需要,也是面向实践为当前新农村建设、沟域经济发展建设等工作提供技术支持的需要。
Developing ditch economy has become an important starting point for Beijing to promote the economic development in mountainous areas, safeguard the ecological security of the capital and promote the harmonious development of the society. By combing the progress of research on economic development in ditch region, this paper briefly analyzes the main features and shortcomings of the related studies, and probes into the future innovation research direction. Under the background of solidly promoting the construction of ecological civilization and the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper scientifically classifies and reveals the typical features of the economic development in the valley and carries out the evaluation on the economic development of the valley and comprehensively diagnoses the development of the valley-based system, long-term positioning and monitoring To evaluate the eco-environment of the typical ditch area, to study the economic ditch optimization mode and promotion strategy is not only to innovate the mechanism and way of regional coordinated development from the perspective of ditch area, but also to enrich the need of the theory of economic development in mountain area, Ditch economic development and construction work to provide technical support needs.
