家庭医生是长期在基层医院工作的综合程度较高的医学人才,培养家庭医生是创新创业的一种新形式。本文主要分析了国内外的家庭医生培养模式,并探究适合我国国情的家庭医生培养模式。
Family doctors are highly integrated medical personnel who have long been working in grass-roots hospitals. Training family doctors is a new form of innovation and entrepreneurship. This article mainly analyzes the domestic and international family doctor training model, and explores the family doctor training model suitable for China’s national conditions.
