基于国内外对于核心客户识别的最新理论概念及其大量研究成果,对柴油机行业的相关特征进行分析,提出以行业吸引力、企业竞争力、企业匹配性3个维度来构建柴油机行业核心客户识别的模型。然后通过深入分析这3个维度的各影响因素,并针对各影响因素选取适合的评价指标,构建柴油机行业核心客户识别的指标体系。
Based on the latest domestic and international theoretical concepts of core customer identification and a large number of research results, the author analyzes the relevant characteristics of the diesel engine industry and proposes that the identification of core customers in the diesel engine industry should be based on three dimensions: industry attractiveness, enterprise competitiveness and business matching model. Then, by deeply analyzing the influencing factors in these three dimensions and selecting suitable evaluation indexes according to each influencing factor, the index system of core customer identification in diesel engine industry is constructed.
