1 Introduction The Yellow River Conservancy Commission Yellow River Institute of Hydraulic Research (referred to as Huang Keyuan) is a multi-disciplinary and comprehensive water resources research institute focusing on sediment research. The sediment problem is a major problem in the management of the Yellow River and has been valued. Especially in the past 10 years, the strength of scientific research has made great strides and great progress has been made in many fields. In the “Eighth Five-Year”, “Ninth Five-Year” period, presided over seven ad hoc
