本文从发展节水灌溉的现状入手,分析了当前节水灌溉存在的主要问题,提出了解决问题的对策和建议。

Based on the current situation of developing water-saving irrigation, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in water-saving irrigation and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
