After China’s accession to the WTO, the challenges and countermeasures faced by public small and medium-sized hospitals were discussed. After joining the WTO, public small and medium-sized hospitals may face the privatization of the public sector. Therefore, adaptive measures should be taken to improve the management quality of hospital administrators, establish a good sense of service, and accelerate the pace of information in hospitals.
