目的:探讨超声引导锁骨下静脉穿刺精确置入中心静脉导管术在在危重患者中的应用的价值。方法:将2008-01-2014-01在我院治疗需要留置中心静脉导管的500例患者随机分成超声组(超声引导下锁骨下静脉精确置管)245例和对照组(传统锁骨下静脉穿刺法置管)255例,比较两组患者一般临床特征、穿刺成功率、并发症发生率。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、入院诊断差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,超声组穿刺成功率明显提高,而尝试进针次数和并发症明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导锁骨下静脉穿刺精确置管成功率高,并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided subclavian vein puncture for precise central venous catheterization in critically ill patients. Methods: A total of 500 patients with central venous catheter indwelling in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group (control group) Catheterization) 255 cases, the clinical features of the two groups were compared, the success rate of puncture, the incidence of complications. Results: There was no significant difference in gender, age, APACHEⅡscore and admission diagnosis between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided subclavian vein puncture accurate catheterization success rate, fewer complications, it is worth clinical promotion.
