执政党党内的民主建设影响着执政党的执政能力,而且也关系到社会主义民主政治的全局。如何加强执政党党内的民主建设是当前普遍面临的一个重要课题。目前我们党党内民主缺乏程序性极大地影响了党内民主的发挥,进而影响到我们党的执政能力。我们要加强党内民主的程序性建设,提高党的执政能力。
