自1980年以来,我们对96例104眼白内障患者尝试了硅胶摘除术,临床上获得较满意的效果。材料的选择我们常用的硅胶有两种,一种为乳白色不规则半透明颗粒,另一种为日常所用的干燥剂,脱水后为蓝色硅胶丸,呈圆球状,大小不等称为变色硅胶。在临床使用中,发现二者均较适用,变色硅胶还可按其变色性能作为吸水指示剂,选择直径3～5 mm的变色硅胶丸,或加工好的白色硅胶颗粒放在干燥的链霉素瓶中用胶布把瓶口封好,高压或蒸气消毒备用。术前准备同一般白内障囊内摘除术。术前口服醋氮酰胺500mg,合并青光眼者,同时服用50%甘油盐水100ml,精神紧张者,给镇静剂鲁米那0.06g。
