在倾斜式扩孔机上辗扩圆锥轴承外圈锻件时,采用的辗压辊头部结构形状有两种(见图1)。辗扩时,环坯的大端面有向里放和向外放两种方法。 由于辗压辊的头部形状是呈锥形的,辗压轮施加给环坯的作用力P可沿辗压辊头部斜面分解为P_1和P_2两个分力。在辗扩过程中,环坯在斜面垂直分力P_1的作用下受到压缩,同时在摩擦力的作用下旋转,壁厚逐渐减薄,直径扩大,而斜面水平分力P_2将推动环坯轴向移动,对辗扩锻件质量有较大影响。
