乍一看这个标题,你一定觉得我没有责任心,是个不称职的老师。学生课堂上说话都不管,何称为师!实践出真知,其实“管”与“不管”我都经历过,有着独特的切身感受。我班人数较多,课堂上总有少数学生爱说闲话。为了关注所有学生,我上课总要留心那些爱说话的学生。前几天上《正比例》,本身就是一节比较抽象的概念课,那几个学生还在下面说话。我一会儿看看这个,一会儿瞅瞅那个,他们几个越发得意。几经折腾,虽然课堂纪律好了很多,可是我的教学思路也被打乱了,说实话,甚至有点不知所云的感觉。那节课我上得很累,但看学生一脸茫然,我知道有不少学生没弄懂,肯定对这节课不满意。
