1992年初,锻造车间C41──400型空气锤经大修后,在紧张的生产中发现锤头振动大,锤身不稳,经检查M36×2040三根地脚螺栓折断,被迫停产。如何尽快修复,第一种方案是报废原设备水泥基础,重新打地基。原设备基础 4.3×2.5×2.5,总体积26. 87立方米,须用爆破方法清除后打新地基。该方案经济损失大、造价高、工期长,不能采用;第二种方案是保留原基础,采用螺栓对接焊修复法(如图1)。这种方法应用在震动不大的机械设备上是完全可行的,用在400公斤空气锤上则行不通。因为该设备自重16吨,干活打击时落下部分有效能量近一吨,每分钟20次,连续工作震动大,地脚螺栓易疲劳折断;第三种方案是搭接焊接法,但地脚螺栓共6根,其中折断3根。搭接的螺栓中心会产生位移,设备难以安装,因此,此种修理方法也行不通。
